Kaiser in Sacramento?

I'm looking for opinions from people in the Sacramento area who have experience with Kaiser (recent - I know they went through some changes in the last few years). I'm especially interested in hearing about people's experience with their pediatricians, as well as how long the doctor usually sees patients for (I'm pretty sick of being rushed through the visit). Do your doctors listen to you? Do they give good advice? Do you feel you can talk to them about what's really bothering you?

Thanks in advance for your advice!
Answer:
I've heard many good and bad things about Kaiser. I've had a particularly good experience with the Kaiser in Rancho Cordova (near Sacramento). Dr Thaddeus Foster is awesome. Not only will he listen to your symptoms, he will educate you. He has the ability to take something extremely scientific and make it easy to understand. The drawback of having him as a physician is that he runs behind sometimes, so if you have an appointment at 4:00 pm, you might not actually see him until 4:45 pm. The reason he runs behind is that he actually takes the time to LISTEN to his patients and think of the very best treatment method.
I really don't believe that there is a doctor anywhere that listens. All they want to do is print out a script and get on to the next patient.
