Yes there is cottonelle flushable wipes or there is a klennx brand also, they work great if your potty training and teaching kids to wipe themselves..little hands don't always do the best job with dry toliet paper. Also a lot of guys I know use them to make things a little cleaner back there cause of the uh hum.....Hair.

I'M NOT TO SURE ABOUT ACTUAL ROLLS OF WET TOILET PAPER, BUT THERE ARE MOIST TOWELETTES ESPECIALLY FOR TOILET USE.
well there is wet toilet paper when you drop it in the toilet or you can get baby wipes
